-
What type of services do you provide?
-
We provide day-of, partial and full planning services. See below for a little deeper dive into what each means.
-
"Day-of" doesn't really do it justice because we actually start about 2 months out from your event date. We take all of the vendors you have already hired, along with all of your design detail and bring it home. We'll create detailed timelines for you, your family, wedding party and vendors, run the rehearsal the day before or morning of, and execute the entire event from beginning to end. Basically, we take all the planning stress away and manage the day flawlessly so you can truly enjoy all of your own hard work.
-
Partial includes everything above plus budget creation, custom vendor recommendations based off of budget and design, plus design input to ensure a cohesive look and feel to your stunning day. This package offers a lot of support and is the sweet spot for the average couple.
-
Full planning includes everything above and everything else needed to bring your day to life. Here we will assist with everything from date and venue selection, to invitations, mood boards to choose your design path, vendor selection, and more. If you are looking for the full experience, this is what you want!

How many planners come with each service?
-
Three! Eash package comes standard with 3 planners. 1 lead and 2 assistants. For a nominal fee, we can add more staff as needed, and typically guest count is the main determining factor as to whether or not we need more than 3 team members.
-
-
Can you customize something specific to my needs?
-
Absolutely! We thrive on customization and is why we offer a free consultation call. We love to learn about you and what you are envisioning for your day. Once we know that, we can absolutely customize a package and price point specifically for you.
-
-
Do you offer "add-on's" to go with my package if I just need a bit more service but still not interested in full planning?
-
You betcha! Just ask and let's discuss how it works when you Plan It With Me.
-
-
Wedding planners are too expensive for me?
-
How do you know that for sure? Have you booked a free consultation? We are pros at customizing services, so while you may not be able to afford a standard package, we can often customize a service to meet your needs. You literally have nothing to loose and everything to gain. Book your free consultation today and find out if we can help out!
-
-
Do you limit the amount of time, text or emails during the planning process?
-
Nope! Once you sign, you're in and you are welcome to start asking questions. And know that while "day-of" service doesn't technically start until about 2 months out, if you have a quick question and we can help ease your mind, we're definitely going to jump in and answer questions where we can. And if you decide you need more help that you originally thought, you can always upgrade and/or add-on service to get you to the sweet spot you need.
-
-
Is your team onsite throughout the entire event?
-
Yep! We hear terrible stories of planners that are MIA throughout the day, not engaged, not well organized, and/or they leave after the main reception activities are over. Our brains can't even process that, so yes, we are onsite throughout the ENTIRE process on wedding day!
-
-
What is the difference between a coordinator, a planner and a designer?
-
Great question! A coordinator is typically what you get with a "day-of" package. Someone that "coordinates" all of the work you've done to date. A planner starts further out and actually helps "plan" the event. Whereas a designer starts at the beginning of the project, sets the tone, and "designs" the event, often in addition to planning. Most planners at the "full planning" process are both designing and planning.

My venue has a venue manager. Do I still need a planner?
-
Yes. Venue managers do not have anything to do with your event, other than to open the venue, ensure it's ready for your vendors and guests, and be there to troubleshoot venue related tasks. You definitely still need a planner.
-
-
Actually my venue has a "day-of" coordinator. Do I still need a planner?
-
Yes. While many venues offer coordinators, they often don't offer the comprehensive service you get with an independent planner. In this instance you need to ask a LOT of questions to ensure they are going to truly help run your day, be there for you along the way, answer questions, provide guidance, etiquette and tips, and answer your calls when you are emotional and just need someone to talk to. If they do all of that and more, then you might be okay with a venue manager but we'd bet our left arm that you'd be much happier with us. Again, book a free consultation to find out. It's literally free!

-
I just got engaged, how soon do I need to hire a planner?
-
To get the biggest bang for your buck...IMMEDIATELY! Hiring a professional planner is the best way to make the most of your money, keep you on task and help you to navigate the process so you can sleep at night. Besides the price doesn't change the further you book out, so why wait?
-
-
How soon do I need to mail out my invitations?
-
Standard guidelines use to say 6-8 weeks. That's nonsense in today's world. Unfortunately, the post office doesn't keep up like it use to, so we recommend 3 months out. That will give you time to follow-up on those that get lost along the way (roughly 40% won't make it to their destination) and get guest counts to the vendors that need it to help finalize your planning details.
-
-
What should I set as my RSVP date?
-
We recommend 30 days out from your event date.
-
-
Do I need a wedding website?
-
We think so! It will provide a one-stop shop for all detail surrounding your wedding. And just like mentioned above, if any of your invitations go missing, it's a great way to reach out to your guests. Assuming you collected their email addresses in the system for RSVP on your website. Yeah, we can help with that too.
